Do I need a Rental License to rent my property?

YES…. You absolutely need a license to legally rent your property. Getting a rental license:

How do I get my Rental License?

Can I evict a Tenant for a lease violation?

Technically Yes. You can file an eviction for a lease violation, but depending on what the violation is, will be a determining factor if the Court will rule in favor of the Landlord’s petition.
