DC Landlord Association Membership Refund Policy

We value our members and aim to provide the best possible service. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Membership is fully refundable within 90 days of the initial purchase date.

    • Refund requests must be submitted to info@dclandlord.org within the 90-day period.

  2. Refund Processing:

    • Upon receiving a valid refund request, we will process the refund within 15 days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  3. Consulting and Services:

    • Once any type of consulting or service has been utilized or performed, the membership becomes non-refundable.

    • Consulting is defined as any time spent with a member, regardless of the nature of the consultation.

  4. Consulting Services:

    • Consulting services are billed at a rate of $150 per hour.

    • Each membership includes a specific allotment of consulting service time.
