STUDENT

The Student level is for individuals (18 - 28 years old) pursuing their Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. Applicant must have proof of being enrolled in school. This membership requires participating in our Internship Program. This membership is FREE.

ASSOCIATE

The Associate level is for DIY (Do It Yourself) Landlords. This is the entry level to our standard membership options. It includes 1 year, access to forms, Landlord-Tenant support, consulting and a personalized acquisition plan.

PROFESSIONAL

The Professional level is specifically for Attorneys, Property Managers & Real Estate Agents/ Brokers.

PARTNER

The Partner level is for Landlords who want more guidance & support. This is our robust flagship membership option. It includes 2 Year Membership, access to forms, Landlord-Tenant support, consulting, personalized acquisition strategic plan, property maintenance, property management, Landlord Protection Plan and profit sharing.
